  • Sit on the machine with your knees under the knee pad and feet on foot rest with your heels extending off and toes as per your choice.
  • Place your thigh under the lever pad and hands on top of it to protect yourself from slipping.
  • Lift the lever by pushing up your heels and leave the safety bar.
  • Now bend your ankles, lower your heels and feel the calves stretched. Don’t forget to breathe in this time.
  • Raise your heels, extend your ankles high and hold the contraction of calves for a second. This is the time to breathe out exhale.

Abdominal Crunch-Abdomen

Method of operation

  • While returning, extend your arms before your torso, bring your hip hinge forward and keep your core firm.
  • Then bend your knees to come back to catch position.
  • Take precaution to keep your core strong and firm to avoid any risk of injury to lower back.

Triceps Push down-Triceps

It is very important to strengthen the triceps because it is necessary for push-ups, pull-ups and maintaining arms strength.

Method of Operation

  • Attach any bar to a high pulley and hold it with palms facing down at shoulder width.
  • Stand upright with straight torso and a little forward bend. Bring upper arms close to your body and perpendicular to floor. Point forearms up towards the pulley to hold the bar.
  • With the help of triceps bring down the bar touching your thighs and arms extended as well as perpendicular to floor. Keep your upper arms stationary next to your torso and fore arm moving. Don’t forget to exhale.
  • Hold the contraction for a second.Slowly bring the bar to the starting point and inhale.
  • Repeat as per the recommendations.
